About Me.
As a healthcare administration professional with a strong foundation in public health and health IT, I am passionate about driving change through innovative policy, operations, and technology. Focused on epidemiology, health advocacy, and regulatory compliance, I leverage data-driven decision-making and healthcare innovation to improve outcomes.
My military leadership background has instilled discipline, strategic thinking, and adaptability, which I apply in dynamic healthcare environments. I am dedicated to transforming healthcare systems and advancing public health initiatives through technology and policy. Outside of my professional work, I stay active in community service and civic duties continually pursuing personal and professional growth.
Education
I will be pursuing a Master of Public Health with a concentration in health policy and epidemiology. This program will deepen my expertise in data-driven policy analysis, community health systems, and public health leadership. My goal is to apply these skills toward health equity initiatives and federal healthcare strategy.
Pursuing a graduate program focused on healthcare leadership, finance, operations, and policy. Gained hands-on experience through applied projects in budgeting, electronic health records (EHR) optimization, and health equity. Developed core competencies in strategic decision-making, regulatory compliance, and ethical workforce management. My capstone project was independently developed and supported by academic coaching from Prof. Jodi Olmstead, who provided invaluable structure, clarity, and strategic feedback throughout the duration of the project.
Earned a bachelor’s degree with a focus on the biological, behavioral, and social aspects of health. Developed a foundational understanding of healthcare systems, research methods, and public health principles. This degree prepared me for graduate-level training and sparked my interest in improving healthcare access and outcomes.
