Set to graduate with my Master’s in Healthcare Administration, this milestone represents the culmination of years of hard work, leadership growth, and a deepening commitment to improving healthcare systems and advancing equity.

A request was made to use my capstone work as a model for future students in the HCA 789 and 790 courses at the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse and I accepted.

Enrollment has been confirmed for the Master of Public Health program at UW–Madison, opening a new chapter focused on public health leadership, interdisciplinary collaboration, and advancing community health outcomes.

On September 13, I was appointed as a Graduate Student Representative on the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse Graduate Council for Fall 2024. In this role, I actively contribute to academic policy, student advocacy, and institutional strategy through leadership and collaboration with university stakeholders.

I became a student member of the Wisconsin Public Health Association in January 2025, reinforcing my commitment to health equity, advocacy, and professional growth in public health.

I became a student member of the American College of Healthcare Executives in January 2025, supporting my continued growth in healthcare leadership, career advancement, and executive-level engagement.

In May 2024, I was selected to conduct my graduate capstone project at Circle of Hope, Inc II. This year-long project focuses on refining employee policies, reducing recruitment costs, and improving onboarding systems. It plays a crucial role in my journey toward graduation, allowing me to apply my healthcare administration knowledge in a real-world setting.
